Dual Dynamic Driver Sub-Woofer
The Ember features a dual dynamic driver sub-woofer system, composed of a 10mm composite PU diaphragm driver in combination with a 6mm titanium-plated diaphragm driver, delivering both thundering rumble and tight-hitting kick drum punches.
More Information...The large 10mm driver focuses on bass volume and resonating boom, providing a rich and deep low-end response, while the 6mm driver ensures speed and transient precision for a clean impact.
4 Balanced Armature Drivers
Two custom-tuned RAB drivers from Knowles and two custom-tuned RLH high-frequency drivers were selected to deliver the most natural timbre and tonal accuracy.
More Information...The RAB drivers provide a natural midrange presentation to vocals and instruments, while focusing on a precise 3kHz peak for crisp intonation. The RLH drivers were tuned to extend the ultra-treble frequencies beyond the traditional capacities of balanced armature tweeters. The result is a clean treble response full of micro-details and accurate spatial perception.
5-Way Crossover
The Ember was meticulously tuned with a comprehensive 5-way crossover tuning network.
More Information...Careful attention was made to achieve a complete cohesion across the driver types for a seamless transition throughout the entire frequency range.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products.
Customized items will take a longer time. Please contact our staff for more information.
On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-4 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country, its customs and other factors.* The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Kiwi Ears will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to Express Shipping or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

Do you ship internationally?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify this with our team to check whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.
We cannot ship to addresses that are "PO boxes or APO/FPO".
*Note: Generally, we can only do Selected Shipping to India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

What is your return policy?
You may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 7 days upon receiving it but you would have to bear the shipping costs incurred. For items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon delivery, Kiwi Ears will assess the issue and provide a solution accordingly. We will either provide an exchange, a replacement or a repair service of the item(s), depending on the problem encountered. Please contact support@kiwiears.com within the 7 days.
