Anywhere else is not an authorised seller, and a warranty claim needs an authorised order. If you are unsure about a listing, send us the link before you buy and we will check it.

Why it matters

An authorised order is what makes the warranty work.

It is not about brand loyalty. It is that a claim gets checked against a real order, and only an authorised one exists in our records.

Give us the order number and we can see what shipped and when. We cannot do that for a listing we do not sell through.
