The KiwiEars Ellipse is my first high fidelity headphone and i decided to buy it due to its price and because i wanted to give headphones a try (I usually use iems). In terms of comfort, design, and the quality of materials, it's all top notch. However, the tuning is what leaves much to be desired. When listening at a level where the vocals are normalized, the bass bleeds into the midrange and makes the signature sound slightly muddy and the vocals lost a lot of clarity, however, if you listen at a level where 500hz is normalized, or when the bass isn't overbearing, the headphone performs more like just a warm neutral, which is much more listenable. But with that said, this headphone takes to EQ very well, and with a 2 dB cut at 200 hz and a 4 dB boost at 2500hz, the headphone performs far above its price point.
Overall, for 75 USD or around 115 AUD, this headphone is a no brainer, the quality and comfort you get far surpasses the price range, and the tuning is very simple to fix if you don't like warm signatures, but if you do like warm signatures, i think you'll find this one to be right up your alley.

How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products.
Customized items will take a longer time. Please contact our staff for more information.
On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-4 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country, its customs and other factors.* The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Kiwi Ears will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to Express Shipping or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

Do you ship internationally?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify this with our team to check whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.
We cannot ship to addresses that are "PO boxes or APO/FPO".

What is your return policy?
You may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 7 days upon receiving it but you would have to bear the shipping costs incurred. For items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon delivery, Kiwi Ears will assess the issue and provide a solution accordingly.
